From Paisley. Around the world. Back home.

My family all come from Paisley, where I was born. My father served in the military for more than 22 years, and during his service our family travelled to many different postings and countries.

Growing up as a military child meant constantly moving, making new friends and adapting to new places. We were part of a community known as “Pad Brats” — children whose parents served in the military.

Eventually, my father's military career came to an end and our family returned to our roots in Paisley, where we settled and built a new life.

I've been drinking black coffee since around the age of five, and I've always loved discovering a really good, premium-tasting coffee.

After more than 20 years of friendship, my friend and I realised we shared that same passion for coffee. So we decided to take a chance and create something of our own.

The Paisley Coffee Company was born.

Our aim is simple: to bring you carefully selected coffees with great flavour, freshly roasted and delivered to you at their best.

From the places our family travelled to, to the place we eventually called home, our coffee journey is about exploring the world while staying true to our roots.
