Our story
From Paisley. Around the world. Back home.
My family all come from Paisley, where I was born. My father served in the military for more than 22 years, and as a family we travelled to many different postings and countries.
Growing up, we were part of a community known as “Pad Brats” — children whose parents served in the military. Eventually we returned to our roots in Paisley, where we settled and built a new life.
I've been drinking black coffee since around the age of five, and I've always loved a premium-tasting coffee. After more than 20 years of friendship, my friend and I realised we shared that same passion.
So we decided to take a chance and create our own coffee brand — The Paisley Coffee Company.
